The friendliness of the staff really stood out during our visit they were welcoming and attentive. The cleanliness of the room was impressive with everything well-organized and tidy.

However the city view from our room was somewhat obstructed.

We had a cool stay! The staff were super friendly and we felt safe with the room key system. The location was clutch, with a bus stop right outside. But wow, the room was seriously cramped—could barely move between the bed and the wall! the dining options nearby were a nice surprise, really hit the spot.

The area outside is a bit dodgy, and the noise from above was a tad distracting. Room service didn’t pop in to clean during our three-night stay. It felt safe inside the building, but stepping outside, it was quite a different story.

Just a smart choice for a city escape in London at a reasonable price. I appreciated the short walk to Aldgate underground, making it easy to explore the city. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs to block out noise from the air conditioning.

great little stay in east london

The Superior Studio was spacious and had a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and electric kettle. It was well-equipped for self-catering. The room was quiet with a comfortable seating area and soundproofing that made relaxing easy. Bed was super comfy, and the shower had excellent pressure. Staff was quick to help with any questions.
